Should've nabbed De Rossi while we had the (slim) chance; I think Pirlo's renaissance will be over come the world up next year. It is time to wave good bye and bring in either Xabi Alonso or a longer term prospect (Veratti), though, I'd dearly love to see Marrone grow into this position!

He's doing well, scored 2 penalties so far as he's Sassuolo's penalty taker (he won the second one, though). He's been playing fine so far. He's obviously not ready to be playing for us but we'll see how he does by the end of the season.
Do you think we'd get Lamela in January for ~20mil?
Probably won't happen anyways as we all know we most certainly won't spend that amount on a single player, but....I think he would be a great addition, and he's close to flopping for Spurs right now.
