4-3-3

Marchisio slots in as a dm instead of pirlo. Tevez takes a free role and we buy a winger
4-4-2

Slot marchisio/giovinco at left of midfield and Pogba at right mifield. Tevez and llorente upfront.

-------------------Buffon------------------
Litchsteiner -- Barzagli -- Chiellini -- Caceres
Pogba ------Vidal------ Pirlo ------Marchisio
-------------Tevez---Llorente-------------

Maradona was quoted as saying that Agnelli wanted him to join Juventus (prior to his move to Barca) but that there were some problems @ Fiat at the time that prevented us from acquiring him. This got me to thinking about players we missed out on who could potentially have worn our jersey (we were very close to them at one point).

I can think of Pele, Figo, Cristiano Ronaldo, and the original Ronaldo. Am I missing anyone else worth mentioning? Imagine an attack comprising Del Piero and Ronaldo being backed by Zidane and Davids. That is an insane amount of talent there, just as good as the Barca of Stoichkov, Hagi, and Romario :D
The ronaldo and DP supported by Zizou and Davids would totally own that barca.

"Now Dortmund executive Hans-Joachim Watzke has acknowledged there is a clause in Reus' contract, with reports putting the figure in the region of €35million (£29.4m).

"Marco Reus possesses a release clause option in his current contract at our club," Watzke told SPORT1media. "He could leave our club due to that.

"He is, however, the only player in our first-team squad that has such a contract clause."

One of my favorite players - if we had 35 to spend it would be my choice of attacker.

It looks great but no way it would work. Fuck man idk
You'd need Tevez or Reus to stay wide, but I don't that fits the game plan either one. Might drop Pogba into the midfield and run a 4-3-2-1. With Reus and Tevez playing hand pants behind Llorente.

Give Tevez a free role. When we have our money coming through in a few years from sponsorships, and assuming Pirlo retires. We buy a creative attacking midfielder and an unhappy Cavani.
