We currently dont have a big enough talent that it can remain with the first team. Anything that cannot get regular time with first team should be loaned out

For all you know he could become a starter. I'm not saying that he will, but the way you just dismiss the possibility is quite silly. Considering the fact that the goat is a squad player for us right now, I'd say Berardi is there already. The reason he's not one is because he needs playing time to develop even further, not because he's not good enough to fill the void we filled with Bendtner less than a year ago.

This is where your mistake is. You can't act as if you know what his ability cap is when he's just 19. All we know at this moment in time is that he is playing well and could get even better. Whether he gets better and how much or how little is not something you or I can assert with absolute confidence, but you appear to be doing so anyways.
When Vidal was 19 he was a promising youngster who moved to Bayern Leverkusen. He was not, however, touted as one of the best midfielders of the future. Don't mistake this as me implying Berardi will be as good as Vidal at any point in his career. All I'm saying is that for all we know he could be, so to simply dismiss that possibility the way you are right now is premature.
