Ppl need to catch up with the reality and understand that the market inflation is at a soaring high.Half decent players will have 20m price tag on their heads nowadays.You gotta accept it otherwise you'd be restricted to buying flops/rejects and old players from other clubs hoping they turn out to be great.So far,some of these deals has worked for us but u cant always rely on this policy.
Resale value is impt for the club in this current juncture as much as ppl hate to admit it.

Of course I don't need it. Tevez won't be benched and Giovinco will be utilized in a much better way thanks to the switch. It seems we're also bringing in Morata who is used to 433 and playing with his back to the goal. Llorente will benefit a lot from the switch too. Licht, Barazgli and Chiellini too.
You can't just come out and say "no 352 no titles" that's an empty statement. Our player are getting older and it seems Conte's decided we can't go on another season with this squad [and most probably with 352 by looking at our transfers]. All we do now is just speculating because we don't know for sure what he's got on his mind but everything points out at formation change.

Some thoughts of mine..
Let's say we get an offer for Pogba from some rich club this summer..
If David Luiz went to PSG for 60m euros than Pogba is worth at least 70-80m.
We sell him for 75m euros.
With that money we can buy 2 wingers (Gaitan,Di Maria,Sanchez,Griezmann) and pay them for one year (3-3.5/4m each) (for later don't know.. maybe some sponsorship money?)
Asamoah can play as CM or LB (if necessary..)
Now we must buy at least one LB and CM player. For CM role let's say Pereyra/Guarin and for LB Evra/Adriano (from Barcelona) or maybe Kolarov/Baines?? (maybe too expensive.. don't know..) or we can try to convert some CM/CB/RB player to LB like we did with Asamoah.
I think that this can be done with cca 100-110m euros. We have at least 25m of our own money..
With that move (sell Pogba) we can play 433 and 352.
I must say that i do not support selling Pogba,but with that money our attack would be better,defense good and middle ok.
Any opinion on this?

nah, let´s keep pogba ^^. btw: i think it wouldn´t be that easy:
- first of all: if we sell pogba for a ridiculous sum everybody will know about it and will charge us ridiculous sums in return.
- wages... you can´t just say "we are good for one year. let´s see what happens afterwards". milan know.
imo we are doing exactly the right thing right now. until now we played it relatively safe and built a commanding lead over the rest of serie a.
now we are ready to take some risks and reduce the average age and wages at the same time.
even if one of the bigger signings flops (let´s say iturbe) we still got pretty much all key players who dominated the league last year as "back-up".
obviously we are not guaranteed to win serie a again but the chances are quite high, especially because we seem to be adding some much needed "flair and fancy" and will probably bolster the midfield as well.
i know many will be disappointed with this but if we really manage to pull off a mercato like iturbe, morata (loan+...), LB (even evra) and some young guns, while keeping hold off our key players, i will fap myself to death ^^
