100% sure Lulic would be a first team player here. he way underrated arund here. guy is solid without being overly flashy, like lichty

Asa will lose out to him as a LB, and/or Conter will use him in centre to rotate with Pogby
i actually think Lulic would be an amazing signing. he can play all wide positions equally good, hes one of the best wide men in this league and he has the right carracteristics to play as a LB in the 4-3-3. if only the price was right (Lotito wants 18M apparently)

Yep, I think he could hold down a starting left-back spot here for a couple of seasons at least. Although, the reported asking price is not worth it unless it's drastically lowered with some of our unwanted players going the other way

GDM saying that the Adriano situation could become concrete soon.
adriano is one of my picks for the LB spot...someone said earlier this means more 352? nope. adriano is LB..sure he can get up the wings and provide a better contribution than asamoah in the final third but im certain a change in formation next year as Conte has lamented repeatedly that he doesnt have players to fit his prefered system hence the 352...so..summertime now..go out and get... hoping this means some Asa power in the midfield.

I think the only way we get Di Maria is through a Pogba sale. They reason: competition...
If it's part of a player swap, there will be no real premium embedded, however, if its a cash purchase, Real Madrid will look to get the best possible bid.

If I'm Marotta, I don't bother with cash deals, I swap Pogba directly for Modric & Di Maria. And let's assume we add Adriano:

Giovinco-Tevez-Di Maria
Vidal-Modric-Marchisio
Adriano-Chellini-Barzagli-Lichtsteiner

Why I think this works?

-I think Giovinco is perfectly suited for a 4-3-3, and however, if he doesn't excel there you can bring Nani in cheap.
-Di Maria has played 6 games as a right sided forward, scoring 4 goals and assisting 3 times.
-Modric is the perfect player to replace Pirlo: He obviously is not Pirlo caliber creatively but he is still an elite playmaker but is better defensively, and a heck of a lot more versatile.
-Vidal & Marchisio are perfect to give Modric space.
-Tevez can almost play a false 9 role, where he will make space for Giovinco & Di Maria by dropping deep.
