adriano is one of my picks for the LB spot...someone said earlier this means more 352? nope. adriano is LB..sure he can get up the wings and provide a better contribution than asamoah in the final third but im certain a change in formation next year as Conte has lamented repeatedly that he doesnt have players to fit his prefered system hence the 352...so..summertime now..go out and get... hoping this means some Asa power in the midfield.
i saw Adriano playing all kind of positions for Barca - LB, CB, RB, RW, CM, he can probably play as a wingback too and thats why he is a target for us. we want to switch formations but cant do that completely in one mercato so we are buying players that fit both formations and net summer we will focus on the new formation entirely as we would already have a strong base of players for that formation on which we could build on...

So let me get this straight...based on what sounds concrete-ish..options are..

LB---Adriano/Lulic
CM---Pereyra/Baselli
Wings----Nani/Cuadrado/Churchy/Di Maria
Forward---Sanchez/Immobile/Gabbiadini

k...will focus on only those stories from now....only so much my head can take

yea i observed him playing multiple spots for barca...but i think we're sufficiently ok in the other areas (of course after the new arrivals)...the RB would be interesting for him to play too..licht can only provide so much

well i would only consider guarin there...nothing to suggest we're interested in sharaawy

i barely ever seen a left footed fullback play RB. its maily than right footed play left, but, besides Adriano, i cant think or remeber to see any LB play right :D

don't really care that much for versatility any more with players like caceres and padion in the squad (and hopefully a fit pepe)

any player bought now should be bought on the merit he is good in his intended original position

Assuming we have like 30M of our own money to spend purely on new players, it could happen

We have plenty of players to sell too. As we all know.
Did Marotta convince you the last few years that he is able to sell players for a decent price?
I can't recall 3 players he sold for a decent price, compared to what we paid for them and the wage they had so why would he do it now for our "plenty of players".
Only decent deal that comes to mind for me is Matri regarding outgoing transfers.
I hope I am wrong, but I am afraid players like Vucinic and Quag all have too high wages to leave.
