Coentrao/Lulic, Candreva, Pereyra, Immobile, and keep an eye out for a steal (like Tevez).
Sell the vooch, Quags, midget, padoin, and Peluso. There you have LWB/LB, a striker, a RW/RWB, and a CM assuming there is no steal. Now you could switch 4-3-3 midgame when you need to and the 3-5-2 doesnt lose its width when either of licht or asa are exhausted or injured or just playing poorly.

We'll give Inter Isla or Vucinic to drive the price down for Ranocchia, rumours have it we'll include Boakye or Zaza for the Pereyra deal, Lazio want Quagliarella which could become key for Lulic, Gabbiadini shouldn't be too expensive, we'll probably give up our remaining half of Immobile for Cerci.
If we sell Pogba we can probably buy a couple top quality players, but I don't think we will this summer. Marotta said Pogba is going nowhere.
That would make for one disgusting and underwhelming mercato indeed.

We need rightfooted winger, leftfooted one and substitute for them. Most probably we take Cuadrado, Cerci, Candreva and Gabbiadini or Berardi. The last one will be just summoned back from co-own/loan, funds for Cerci we acquire by selling Immobile and sacrificing one of our up and coming kids (Boakye?). Cuadrado and Candreva cases are more complex and thid is really hard to predict how these deals might look like.
And I think that Pogba sale is inevitable. The problem is, who we gonna get in exchange and how much money.
