DI maria would still leave us with an opposing winger to fill in.

Oscar is more talented then di maria, suits juventus mentality far better, works much harder, can play wing and central, fits straight in the current 352 formation.
But we'd have Coentrao and 20mln in the pocket which can get us sign either Cerci or Cuadrado, which would be great IMO. Di Maria is a better option for the wing.

That was one of the sweetest deals ever!!
Juve could do a simular thing.

What for that 30 mil we got nani

You could play 4231 with vidal and pirlo/marchisio holding the midfield, and depending on how much conte cares about tevez opinion a Tevez-oscar-Nani, or Oscar-Tevez-Nani, behind Llorente.

Its not ideal cause oscar is not as efficient on the wing and tevez is to slow and doesnt want to play there, but all the mercato after that needs, is one left winger.

Cuadrado is impossible. I have dreamed about this deal but you know that viola will rape us on the transferfee. And its possible Cerci alone would cost close to 20 mil.

Coentrao is a nice player, but not certainly he'd start over asamoah. Especially if we'd go 4-2-3-1 or even 4-3-3, conte would prefer the strongest of the two.

I think Di Maria is great, but he isnt as talented as Pogba. Oscar on the other hand could well be as talented or better then Pogba.

I really, really think there's no way that'd work. Pirlo is a great player but has flaws, there's no way he'd be able to play with one guy next to him at this age. It could work with Marchisio (although I'd hate to see that).

Money can get you anything. I know Viola would give us a hard time but I don't think it's impossible at all and one of the main reasons is because we have many talented kids that we could ship away to Fiorentina in order to land Caudrado.

If we do get an offensive + effective winger, like Di Maria, I'd most likely play Asamoah as a LB due to his defensive strength. It's a pity not to use him as a MC, though. I say Coentrao because we could use him and because I don't get the Morata obsession, I'd rather get Coentrao.

I rate Oscar just as much as you probably, but I think I have a Di Maria fetish :p it's been way too long since I've seen a good winger at Juve, last were Nedved and Camo.

I've not really seen Morata play. Is he another Callejon situation?
I still don't understand all this hype surrounding Morata. He is just a kid who scored couple of goals and usually he warms bench. Anyone watch La Liga regularly and can say something consctrutive why we are observing him?

It's because of those two I'm not super keen on Di Maria. They were MEN, Di Maria looks like a starving child. But he's great nonetheless!

I'd like us to get Lucas Ocampos as a winger. I'd rather pay 20-25 mil for him than Cerci or Cuadrado. He's just about to turn 20 and is already a beast. Watching him in his River days at 17, you could just see how much potential he had, and he's definitely starting to realize it at Monaco. If we sold Pogba I'd be down for Di Maria and Ocampos coming in as our wingers.

hypothetically speaking; we get 3 offers for Pogba in the summer. Which, if any, would you take?

1) Real Madrid: Di Maria+Coentrao/Morata+20m

2) Chelsea: Oscar+30m

3) PSG: 70m

all of these "offers" are based off of rumors I've read.
First one, but I'd rather have Di Maria and cash than Coentrao / Morata. So Di Maria and 35-40mln.

Llorente

Di Maria - Tevez - Cuadrado

Marchisio - Vidal

With Asamoah as a LB, since I don't think a duo consisting him and Vidal would work, considering they are both box-to-box players and non of them have organizational skills.

These players are very hardworking and talented in the same time, IMO a very balanced team.

Menez for free as back-up player for LM/AM position, and if manage to sell some deadwood get a cheap RW.
