:agree: if we can't get Verratti and Pirlo leaves at the end of the season, I can see a 3-4-1-2 being used the following season, with us playing with a trequartista with 2 hardworking ball winners/box to box players in behind.
If we can't get Veratti I expect us to go for Alonso or Hernanes. There are more and better options out there to replace Pirlo than to buy a trequartista and change systems. Honestly I don't see Conte looking at alternative formations if the coming season is as successful the last.

3-4-1-2 is a sweet formation though... on fifa at least.

Actually, i think it would be rather bad in fifa, but good irl.

We wont get hernanes. Will be to old next year for the price lazio will ask. Alonso would be ideal as a transition, since he could come rather cheeply

Or having Pogba advanced.
No that would be bad. He's not a playmaker. And we need a playmaker.

If we take a playmaker as regista, pogba can play more advanced, but if we get a CAM, pogba should play deeper

Look, its simple

The 3-5-2 has proven to be an exceptionally solid, durable team.

We need a 3man backline and wingbacks, as we and the azzurri have proven its the only way you can put a massive organisation currently, with 4-2-3-1 beeing the exception but that needs exceptionally good players.

So there you have it, we need the 3-5-2. We can consider going 3-4-1-2 once pogba is a permanent starter.

But stop these retarded 4 man backline formations. they dont work for us
Nothing against 352. It's proven to be solid like you said but how do you mean 4 man back line doesn't work for us? It's not like we've never played any other formation. You don't expect Juve to play 352 for the next 10 years, do you? I see it more as another tactics which suits our players atm. Pirlo and Bonucci the most. Once Pirlo leaves or his form drops Conte could look at alternatives. I have my preferences but I'll leave that for now.

Am I the only one who likes the 3-5-2?
No, it's rather good formation but like every tactics it has its flaws. Whenever opponent pressed our midfield we were in trouble. Average Milan side with 433 managed to cause us problems last year. We've won 1-0 thanks to penalty but they exposed some of our weaknesses. Allegri despite lack of his motivational skills is rather good coach who knows how to exploit these.

We should make Manchester an offer for 25 Million plus Vucinic or a straight swap of Vucinic plus Marchisio for Rooney. I would love to see Tevez-Rooney upfront for us and I think Manchester would love to avoid selling him to Chelsea and getting a direct replacement and much needed midfield help.

We would then be able actually be one of the CL favorites.

Well he is defn worth Mirko and 20 million Imo. Not many guys can score goals like him and most of the ones who can would cost us a lot more. Given the fact he is only 27 and is a beast of a worker I think he owuld do great here. Plus his marketing potential is tremendous in England and America so it would go a long way into making him a worthwhile investment. Plus we know him and Tevez can do pretty good playing together. Even if we have to use up most of our budget for next season I think it would be a smart move.

I think Rooney would love to come here and get away from the media in England.

I dont say he is drastically out of shape and he is 27 not 37 so I think he could be back into form in no time. Could you imagine how sick we would be with
