This year we should have a turnover of around 280 million. I don't know how much better we will do next year. First we have the same $#@!ty collective TV deal. I guess Milan will make the CL so the CL market pool for Italy will be split in three not two like last season. This means less CL money for us. We have the same $#@!ty sponsorship deal so no change there. I don't know how much ticket prices will change. Were this year's season ticket prices drastically different than last year's? Maybe merchandising will do better because of Tevez. I think we will post similar results next year.

What about the sponsorship deal with bwin ?

Imo if we really aim to break the 300m barrier ,sponsorship deals is the way to go.We cant sit and depend on CL money like how other Italian teams do.First things first we need to renegotiate our shitty kit deal or simply move to a new kit sponsor which will offer us more money.Generating money from stadium(bar the ticket revenue) specifically the Continassa project will take time and in the meantime we should do some 2-3 cheeky sponsorship deals which would improve the turnover.And i dont think its that hard considering we're the best Italian team and with CL we should be able to attract more international sponsors.The signs are looking good though already.

And regarding this Verratti discussion,people talk about him being our #1 transfer target next summer but i wont be surprised if they ask Pogba in return.Whether we do it or not it remains to be seen but its going to be extremely hard to negotiate with PSG, the same club who threatened to activate Messi's buyout clause when Barca were trying to tap up Silva.

We won't get Verratti anytime soon and Pogba will be getting more playing time. Pogba is not the heir of Pirlo but he's very talented and he'll be a starter here with Pirlo getting older. Pogba can play as 'regista' or rather I should say as DM. Conte tried Vidal there at times too. Mister will fit Pogba into this midfield while Vidal and Marchisio will be starters.
As for Pirlo he's not able to play every 3 days. We've already seen what happens when he's not rested. Inaccurate risky passes and dribbles which are due to fatigue. As for me we're not getting rid of Pirlo and Pogba will be taking his spot with time.

You can bet your asses on it guys. We're not going to spend 25m+ for Verratti while we have Pogba here. The money will be spend somewhere else.

Pirlo is a VERY unique player. There are not many players around with his characteristics. Here is the thing though, while he is great to have, a successful European team does not NEED to have a player with his exact characteristics.

People keep talking about Verratti because is one of the few young players in Europe who has characteristics somewhat close to Pirlo. But its a big mistake to look for a Pirlo clone because you will end up spending a lot of money for someone who you WANT to be like Pirlo.

In my opinion, Pogba, while having different characteristics is twice the midfielder Veratti is. People say he is more like Vieira. Well I tell you what, while Vieira was great, I think its an insult to Pogba - yes he is that good - Vieira was not as good as Pogba was at his age.

If anything I would be building the future Juve midfield around Pogba -why? Because I don't think there is a midfielder out there at his age that comes close.

Of course it means a different method of play but so be it. The best way to replace Pirlo is by adapting play. When Juve lost Zidane, we didn't try to use Nedved as the new Zidane per say. The same should apply to Pirlo in a way.

In the end you base your system around your best players, not go out to look for players to fit into a system that worked using the players you replaced.

Pogba is going to be stepping into that central midfield spot, and we'll probably see a bit of Marrone as well. I honestly think this is Andrea's last season, and those guys will have their opportunities to impress.

Pogba is growing so nicely as a player, but he's also only 20. Juventus looks a perfect match for him, I'm not sure why so many think he's headed out the door.

Raiola doesn't get to make that decision. Pogba could stay here 5 more seasons, and still be a relatively young player. I also think he's going to do great things at Juventus, and this talk of jettisoning Paul for Verratti is absolutely crazy. I would love to see Marco Verratti at Juventus, but we have something very special in #6. Provided he keeps his head on straight, that young man is going to be doing big things from here on out.

No doubt verratti is a very promising italian midfielder but we should neither sacrifice pogba for him nor try to buy him to do Pirlo's job. There is only one Pirlo and its very unlikely that anyone will be able to play his role as effectively as he did.

Like you said, we will probably change our style a bit when we introduce pogba in the starting formation in place of Pirlo but I fear that'd would be a significant drop in our midfield's quality regardless of how much Pogba develops. I'd prefer it much more if Pogba replaces marchisio and a proven top class passer like maybe Modric would take pirlo's role knowing very well that our style will change.

I'd very much rather get Modric or a similar guarantee than the very young and unproven verratti. Verratti has to do a lot within this season to win my confidence. We are talking about someone replacing Pirlo here (one of football's alltime best midfielders) and not a marchisio level player.
From Pirlo to Verratti is akin to United's movement from scholes to cleverly.

Modric will cost too much. So far we've built one of the best midfield in Europe and didn't spend that much. Conte was a midfielder and he definitely has an a good eye when it comes to midfielders.

Changing the system is inevitable once Pogba takes Pirlo's place. Pogba gives better cover in defense than Pirlo but he's not that good as playmaker. So we'll have to move one midfielder closer to attack (maybe 3-4-1-2) or just switch to 4-3-3 and base our game on wingers which I'd love Juve to do in future.

We have some new sponsors Bwin and probably some others will come as well. I believe we'll improve slightly next year. You won't see changes like those in the past 2 years but some reasonable growth will take place.

I was against his transfer before we got Tevez. Now I'd welcome sanchez with open arms. I doubt he'll get any playing time at Barca so that should slice his price significantly especially that most teams already secured their targets. He has not been good enough to lure the interest of Madrid or City (teams that are looking to buy strikers) and he'd be a nice option to have as a player with pace upfront.

We need to sell first though.. otherwise he'll be a waste of money.
