That said though, stay away from Perth; you'll have to mortgage your house to rent a hotel room and sell your car for a short macchiato and a pub steak... Also west Aussies are backward and unrefined generally speaking, if you travel beyond 15km north, south or east of our CBD chances are you will get a venereal disease of some kind. Ugh...

The hispter thing is getting big here too, back in the day it was localised to mainly Fremantle and scattered parts of the inner city northern suburbs; now they're bloody everywhere! I went with my mate to muscleworx this morning and saw a pair of scrawny (malnourished) and unkempt hipsters wearing flanno, tight pink genes and walking barefoot on the pavement. I had a massive urge to beat them senseless with a pair of rib-eye steaks!
