yeah the hosues are huge here. kanata is a much better area than it was 5 years ago, thanks to rapid expansion and a decent economy, and is much more diverse. the immigrants here aren't the ghetto type (mostly) so it has maintained a better standard than say...south keys

Next year, I can see us spending 30-40 mil on a single player rather comfortably. We got the team covered, so we'd be adding a great player a season a la Bayern.

We say this every summer.

I don't think we'll ever dish our more than 20-25M+ for a player to be honest. We'll continue to look for these great deals.
