Depend on Where Conte want to play Marrone next season, if Conte still want Marrone to be a CB so I think no need for a new CB

I would pass on Rooney. With rare exceptions English players traditionally flopped in Italy.

Particularly when there hasn't been a significant English player in Italy for a long time.

Don't get me wrong, I doubt the ability of a thick mink like Rooney to adapt to playing and living outside England.

Greaves, Law, Blissett, Hatelely, Wilkins, Francis, Souness, Walker, Platt, Ince, Gazza, Sharpe, Rideout, Bothroyd, Beckham (I know not all of them are English)

How many of them did well? Charles obviously was the best by a country mile, Platt and Ince did ok too I suppose.

We can't all have the same opinion on certain player. I watched him plenty and never was impressed. He looks clumsy and misses a lot. Playing in a good team makes him better than he actually is. Ask RM fans what they think of him.
