Please dont start comparing Gio, Pepe, and Vucinic to the likes of Robben (well I actually think he is $#@!), Ribery, and Mueller. Gio will never be as good as Ribery in his worst days, Pepe is too limited, and Vucinic, while I admire him a lot, is really inconsistent.

Pulling a 433 with mediocres wont give you the same results as when you have superstars.
