Here we are all thinking Beppe didn't buy LL(with forced option to buy) because he had a coup ready for the summer but in fact didn't because he can't sell one or two of our forwards this summer and will just replace Anelka/Bendtner with Llorente but will spend 20m on Asa/Isla, 3/4m on Peluso, 3+players for Poli and 14m for a backup CB Ogbonna.

What happens if Llorente doesn't work out? Then we're stuck with what we have and that isn't good enough. We cannot take that risk.

Matri despite the last month has been terrible this season, Giovinco has shown up now and again and same with Mirko. Another attacker should be at the top of the list.

I think we'll give #10 to someone over the summer. Be it a new signing or simply Giovinco i shall not tell. Point being; we need a new #10 to fill the void and we sure as hell have the money.

Maybe Anelka will be retained as the 5th option if we don't get the person we are looking for.

Most realistic thing that will happen IMO. If we give Anelka more minutes I can see him staying easily as the 5th option and I don't mind it.

Out of those strikers I can only see us bidding for Jovetic. Still, if we stick with our current players which will most likely be the scenario, I don't see us getting him.

Because Della Valle wants at least 30 million euros and he is constantly injured.

If we have an opportunity to swap a player like Quag with a reduced fee for Jovetic, we should consider it. However, spending more than 20 million euros on him is too much of a gamble.

He's hardly overrated, 14m would be a very good price - considering who we're dealing with.
