Pros: Marchisio's intelligence + Jovetic's creativity and vision with cutting inside + Llorente's brilliant movements with his massive body bullying the defenders + Higgy's clinical finishing.
Cons: Vidal's and Pogba's attacking abilities (shooting and through balls) will be limited because of their defensive roles.

On defending situations, Marchisiio can drop on the right of Pogba, so the formation will be 4321, with a brilliant trio on front waiting to perform a successful counter attack.

This starting 11 is so flexible to play with. Conte will have much fun.
