You do not jeopardise your current situation by being so open about a move, unless its a distinct possibility. The numbers don't seem out of the realms of reality either. Think about it, the player doubling his wages, moving to a lovely city, he will be giving it serious thought, given that he has played in the ligue 1 before. Consider that we have Isla and Caceres and are priotizing the 352 in the season ahead, in which case Licht will not be a starter. I believe Juve will consider this seriously. And 15m, would suggest a healthy profit over what they paid for him, and I think this move unfortunately could happen. But you can choose to think otherwise.

You and I would like to think a 5m gain is nothing, but look at Beppe's penny pinching track record. He would be over the moon about making 15m on somebody who will not figure on the first team in the 352, rightly or wrongly.

I love Licht for all his qualities as a player and what he brings to the table, and I don't think he should be sold at any cost, let alone even 20m. Coz some qualities go beyond being valued for a bit of money. But that said I really seem to think this will go through. And that's really sad.

Again, you need to stop and think that its not only about our willingness to sell, if approached maybe Licht wants to leave. Doubling his salary is not a small thing.
