It shouldn't come down to this. Marotta knew a striker was a priority, and should've targeted a striker first, and ensured we had the budget for a quality finisher before wasting money right, left, and center. Having said that, I honestly don't believe it's imperative that we sell Licht in order to acquire a striker. I don't think Marotta is that stupid or short-sighted, at least I hope he isn't.

Regardless of Marotta's strategy mistakes, the fact is if we do need Litch's money to get either Dzeko or Jovetic, then just do it.

We'll sacrifice someone important to get someone even more important for this team.

If they have cash and Marotta is just haggling as always, than obviously we should keep Litch.

But we have to be aware that Juve arealdy spent a considerable amount of cash this season and didn't get much money from sells. So yeah, money could really be a problem right now.

I think the 4312 is their best bet. Cassano and Milito/Palacio up top and Sneijder just behind them.

Maybe 5 million more but then Lich battling quality and leadership on the pitch is really valuable. Anyway 10 more days for the window to close and no LWB and CF in sight yet.
With Pazzini moving to Milan that is a name less in for the CF options , and we have not used any of the 2 non-eu spots so far. Waiting for some surprise.
