lets just act like a player from the spanish armada is not good enough upgrade for our "great" attack.

Lets be serious, we needed a clinical forward

he is a pretty good one, proven in europe, fits our profile

yes we should get him. any option better then him isnt realistic

disagree ? name the better player, and what we should do to take him.

If I recall the English beat the Armada back pretty well.

Matri is going to be sold to Milan.

Quag is going to be swapped with Pazzini.

Giovinco, Vucinic, Llorente, Pazzini.

:weee:
Yep, pretty much this. I expected a better poacher, but this is good enough for now. Giovinco, Llorente and Pazzini are clear improvements over Quagliarella, Matri and Borriello. Counting on healthy central backs, this team can easily win Serie A and make at least CL quarter finals. We're coming back. =)

Hopefully next year we can get a real WC CF and CB. That's how far we'll be from being at the level of the top 5 teams in Europe.

Let's not get fucking Pazzini. Why waste money on that fucker?

If we indeed get rid of both Quag and Matri, as some are suggesting, let's go for Jovetic instead, or even get back Borriello on loan. I don't want us to waste money on Pazzo, as I see us potentially committing some money from next year's budget on him as well. Pazzo on a long term deal is an absolute no go!

Fuck Pazzini :D

$#@! Pazzini :D
Switching Quags with Pazzini would...
- be an upgrade.
- be bloody damn cheap 'cause no one is willing to actually pay over 8 mil for Quags.
- be a trasnfer without any money involved (let alone next year's budget).
- give us a chance to laugh with Inter once more :)

Paying money for freaking Pazzo would be...
madness.

Juve want Dzeko on loan. They're willing to pay 3m now, and 20m next year, shitty are a bit reluctant, but if this is true I'm pretty sure there's money in the bank for JoJo. :tuttosport:

I had suggested this might happen earlier in the mercato window. :D

Seriously guys, think about this, if we are indeed looking at Dzeko on a loan with obligation it still leaves us with about 20m to play with. That fee plus one of Quag/Matri and half of Poli would free up JoJo, I'm quite sure.

Ps: in addition, I think Marrotta's first choice between the two is Edin, given that he's been trailing him for a while. Let's see how this develops. With Dzeko's fallout with Mancini, and his willingness to move, perhaps push for a move, city is going to look at other options, which is why I'll be surprised if we close llorente this week.
