quick opinion question whos the greatest out of pirlo,riquelme,scholes and xavi

i would say pirlo personally because i think he had the best technique out of the 4 but if riquelme ever stayed at barca or moved to the serie a or 1 of the top english clubs he would be the stand out player.

Everyone is talking about Adriano as if something concrete is going on. I have not seen a reputable website or newswire even mentioning this potential transfer.

Its the wish part (from me) of wishful transfer thread, there hasnt been any rumours to us, concrete ones atleast. But there is a good opening to get him if we would be interested.

How is he defensively?
Im pretty sure I watched him very good in supporting the attack but I remember nothing about his defensive skill.

He is quite decent defensively, primarly knows well when time to stay back or go forward, discplined, even more so in Barca where he plays more conservative because the other flank has ze gunho Simba.

Seeing De Ceglie improved and how our defense conceded the least goals this season, I personally doubt we'll be going after a LB this summer. I think Conte will keep playing him.

He is definitely much better than Riquelme.
Riquelme is a good player but never was wc
Xavi is definitely wc!

As for Scholes he was Man Utd`s Marchisio.
He was actually much better for them than Marchisio is for us but altough Scholes was great I wouldnt call him wc. He cant be put in the same category as the really amazing players. He might be a more attacking player than Xavi but there is no way he had the same amount of talent
