I don't mind the signing of Lucio - good experienced back up.
Lucio, Asamoah, Isla and Pogba are good players to add to this squad.
Just bear in mind though, Juve have already spent just over EU40m in this mercato already (Caceres 7m, Giacch 4m, Giovinco 11m, Asamoah 9m, Isla 9.4m, Lucio and Pogba 0m) and have received proceeds of around 4.5m. So net is around 36m.
Juve should be able to receive an additional 35-40m in proceeds from selling Elia, Krasic, Melo, Pazienza & Padoin, Motta and Zeigler.
Juve are short 1 big name striker. Giovinco, Vucinic, Quags and Matri still in the squad for now. And perhaps short a good left back / wing back.
A decent left wing back would cost anywhere between 10-15m and a quality striker should cost 30-35m. So thats 40-50m to be spent.
My idea from now is to sell one of either Matri or Quags for around 10-12m - and use that money to buy a left back. We would still be around net outlay of zero. Then get that big name striker for 30-35m which would be our net spend for the summer. We would also need another striker as we would only have 4 after having sold Matri or Quags. Perhaps get one on loan or bosman.

Regarding Cavani, gazzetta didn't say there was an official offer, it was just speculation.
And about Isla and Asamoah, the co-own of 9M and 9.4M will be paid in 3 years installments - so what was actually spent this year was 6.4M for both.
Also, Giovinco's fee - 11M - will be paid in 3 years installments
Giaccherini's 4.25M will be paid in 2 year installments
Leali - 3.8M in 3 yrs installments
Caceres - 7M outright.
