Being realistic and considering that Napoli won't sell Cavani to a rival, that Liverpool won't sell Suarez to any team, that Higuain is not leaving Madrid and that Nani is staying in Manchester, and that Juve is looking for Destro/Gabbiadini, which means Borriello and Matri are leaving, a good (and realistic) mercato would be:
In:
Leali (4M)
Average 25-28yrs Italian CB - 5M
Caceres (7M)
Pogba (free)
Asamoah + Isla (15M)
Verratti (12M - loan to Pescara)
Giovinco (12M)
Destro/Gabbiadini (7M)
RVP (25M)
Total spent: 87M
Out:
Manninger (free)
Grosso (free)
Ziegler (reportedly 4M)
Motta (loan/free)
Melo (8M)
Krasic (7M)
Elia (loan with option to buy - 1M + 7M)
Estigarribia (free)
Iaquinta (free)
Pazienza (2M)
Martinez (free/loan)
ADP (free)
Borriello (free)
Matri (12M - Russia/Napoli/Milan)
Total income: 34M
Total: - 53M (amount apparently available at the moment)
First Team (3-5-2):
Buffon; Bonucci, Barzagli, Chellini; Isla, Pirlo, Vidal, Marchisio, De Ceglie; Vucinic, Van Persie
Backup team (4-3-3)
Storari; Litch, average Italian, Caceres, Padoin; Marrone, Asamoah, Giaccherini; Pepe, Giovinco, Destro/Gabbiadini.
There is also Quagliarella.
As a result, I think this squad would be good enough to fight for Serie A and at least get to CL quarter finals.
There would be some weaknesses, like a starting LW (I dont trust De Ceglie), better CB backups, Bonucci still in the starting team (even though he improved, he's still not completely reliable). In the next season, you would add Pogba and Verratti to slow down Pirlo's huge resposibility.
But this would be a very very good mercato indeed... a good squad, with young valuable players.. and I think this isn't far from becoming true =)
