man, you are one annoying poster.

Is the dude in your avatar Mr. White from Resevoir Dogs?
And you two are just so delightful.

Saying that Matri, who is good but not special, who will be replace by a better player of a similar style and who did not stand out last season is better than a player who had more goals, more assists, carried his team, is younger, has a completely different style to everything we have now is just stupid.

Even if Gio is not better than Matri (which he is) just the fact that he has a style of play which no of our players currently have makes him more valuable in terms of tactical flexibility and unpredictibility than Matri who will be replaced by a betr player and who can be replaced by Quag.

But hey, dont let common sense stand in the way of idiotic hatred. Your hate is more important than Juve's success.

Nightmare scenario.
Make minimum income (again) by selling out and releasing players like matri, elia, giovinco, melo, etc
And replacing them with uneeded mediocre material, like destro, isla, Borriello, Italian cb, etc
80% of our budget spend on 5-6 cms and SSs, for the 8consecutive season.

Ideal scenario 80% of our budget spend on 2-3 starters, a cf, a lb and a cb, the rest of the 20% plus what we recover from sales, hopefully a decent percentage, (more than 50% of the money invested) on quality subs like asamoah.
Proper use of our material under Conte, instead of selling them off cheaply and overpay for equivalent subs (ex sell off melo and giovinco, overpay for asamoah destro)

Isla and Destro are far from mediocre. One is an accomplished quality player for his NT, and the other a very promising youngster. Borriello is a dirtbag and utterly useless; that I can agree with :agree:

There have been hardly any rumours that we will sell Matri and the only one is to Milan but they can't even afford him atm. Even so he won't leave for less than €15m if we do sell him. Elia will go for about €6-7m at minimum imo, giovinco idc (maybe 6-7+) and Melo will probably be €10m+

Isla and Destro are far from mediocre and both still have large potential left. At this point Borriello looks unlikely to be re-signed and an Italian 5th choice CB will be fine. We don't need another starting CB. Chiellini, Barzagli and Bonucci/Caceres are more than good enough.

So far we have incoming: Leali, Pogba (free), Asamoah, Isla and maybe RVP, Destro and Kolarov (or another LB). Leali will be loaned out, Pogba will be a rotation option, Asamoah will be a great 4th choice CM option, Isla = very good 3-5-2 RWB and CM and the rest I don't need to explain.

Notice most of these players are young too. Leali & Pogba are both 19 I think, Isla is 24 today, Asamoah 23, Destro 21. We obviously won't be able to fork out huge amounts for top players for every position so it's smart to build for the future with a mostly young squad that will play with together for many seasons and build great understanding.

Reservoir dogs is from 1992 while mr Cash died in 2003

I will stop commenting on Kjaer and let you guys watch the next Denmark game for your own opinion of him in a decent defence.. I must say that I think we should aim to sell out Matri again. He will make some money for us since he actually played this season! 15m € is more then what I could use, if anything for securing a JoJo deal.. Lewandowski will cost approx 20m €..

 What's your obsession with Matri? It's worse than Hustini's with Dzeko!

Matri is good, but not that good or special, that you are unwilling to sacrifice him no matter what.

Milan might get 50 Millon Euros for TS. Would you be willing to sell Matri for 25?

because I dont believe in tearing down a winning team and selling a key player.

because he is a good player, and has the potential to be WC.

for the record I would not sell ANY Juve player for any crazy price unless he wanted to leave.

we are not a selling club, and any player who joins Juve must come with the understanding that he is at his highest possible level, not one rung below it.

Honda anyone? I'm currently watching Australia vs Japan; a rather entertaining game :)

I admire your passion, and sympathize with your cause, although I humbly disagree. Everyone has a price, and football is a business these days.

Matri is a good player, and one that I have a lot of respect for, but he is never going to be WC.

Sorry but he won't ever be WC. Yes in his favoured role with very good service he could probably score 20+ a season but even then that does not make you WC.
