Balo would definitely go for more than 20 mills that is if he agrees to play for the team whose fans racially abused him the most in his Inter days. Balo would have star power though and would definitely put us under the spotlight and bring shirt sales more than any of the guys we are linked with.
These racial issues will always be around, it's natural expression. Better than England where they suppress it and it bubbles under the surface in a worse way.

His star power is important though. He can also be a bit of a talisman on the field, more so than the other options.

Sanchez should go to the EPL where he'd have the space to use his speed. Villa is hands down the most suitable player for our formation.
Suarez is offlimits.. it would take a fortune to convince liverpool to lose their ONLY man.
Balo's contract expires next summer as far as I know. :)

so darwin got a theory on that? What gene is the racist one?

i thought racism had a lot more to do with education and how your parents brought you up.
You're mixing up discrimination/hatred with natural pride in your culture/heritage. All this stuff is politically driven anyway.

It's not like Italian teams have inter-racial problems within the club, you know like the English and Dutch segregation lunches lol.

oh i am. pardon my ignorance. but what you are saying is that we are born with a natural pride, so that if i was brought up in africa among black people i would once in a while talk that racist slur because im white?

Why would you call culture/heritage racism then? Racism is judging someone based on their race. Nothing to do with culture or heritage. And yeah, racism is due to ignorance and the way someone is brought up. It's definitely not natural.

Do you watch bilbao on a weekly basis or just barca and madrid games? That'd be impressive... I would have to ask why if you watch lower teams play every week.
I watch every game Athletic plays. I'm a fan.

I wouldn't mind watching a Atletico Madrid or Valencia game either. But i rarely do.

That must be what deggen10 meant. I can't imagine otherwise. :)
Yes pretty much. It's like favoring a member of your own family over others... but obviously most people get carried away and start hating on others to make themselves feel better.

Anyway we should blame Darwin for the monkey chants lol.

why are yous a fan of juve??
My brother and cousins were interistas... We always fought about everything so when i started following football in 2003 I loved Nedved and DP (especially the former). Then calciopolis happened and I started reading about how Juve were taken down and I fell in love with the club and have been following it religiously ever since.

Its not about evolution its more instinctive. Go to any city that has loads of different ethnic groups and you'll see that people from the same races tend to group together, share the same neighborhoods and so on even if they all speak the same language. Birds of the same feather tend to fly together. That doesnt mean that the races will despise each other or actively campaign or enslave them but people of the same race tend to bond with their own better.

Like you said, education can definitely change that to a great extent but the fact that you need education to kill racism implies that the non-educated state will probably include racist attitudes. The same can be said about sexism. Its not like human beings were aliens before the new humanistic values came to being.
Our instincts are many and mostly contradicting we are part altruistic and part dominating, part competitive and part cooperative, part violent part peaceful and each one of us has a different psychological make up and more active instincts than others. We are neither naturally good nor evil we are both.

Racism and sexism will always exist either implicitly or explicitly. Moral education can tame our instincts or channel it (how sports are channels for our violence, how being a fan stirs up nationalistic/tribal emotions etc..) but even the tamed animals still preserve their instincts albeit at a diminished level).

Lets get back on topic
