So? If he's available for peanuts and a reasonable wage then it's a perfectly good transfer to make.
Yeah exactly
after villareal demoted to liga adelante, he wanted out, but no one would pay for a 8 month remaining injured player, his agent then made a blasting comment on villareals medical team.
recently, he's been saying he is followed by a host of italian teams

thats likely not true, but he's trying to get him back into the media, as he returns from injury in januari, the winter mercato.

what fee, can a second class team ask for a player comming of an 10 month injury ?
And he wont ask an outrageous wage likely.

so much experience and so many years to go for him, its well worth the gamble

Lisandro Lopez between 9-11m? And we're after Osvaldo?! If only Marrotta didn't devote so much time giving so many interviews about wise opportunities he might actually get his hands on one. If true, Lisandro at that price is a better deal than anything else Marrotta can pull off. To me, Rossi is the only shot we got given our capabilities on the mercato, within the confines of our terms.

We even managed to miss out on Klose for next to nothing while paying close to 20m for Matri and others.

hmm, i think juventus, inter and napoli are far stonger contenders, even with european football

But 1 thing

jovetic gets a long injury

no football, no sales

they take big gambles, really

If Agnelli and co. were smart, they would use the little media influence they have to create a propaganda campaign to bring Ronaldo to Italy.

Say stuff like: "He dominated England, Spain was too easy for him, but could he cut it in Italy? To prove he's the best, he must succeed here."

And have random defenders like Raggi saying that he would love to make Ronaldo his bitch.

Use his ego against him :D
