In the end, Matri and Quagliarella were not "Conte signings" per say. Conte had an inclination to prefer Borriello over Matri towards the end of the season and you had the sense that he wasn't particularly enamored with Quags either.
I think the departures of both Matri and Quags is a high probability although both are less likely to occur in THIS transfer window....but it will happen eventually. I doubt both strikers will still be Juve players in 12 months time.
Vucinic is the only real certainty now for the front line....but Giovinco I sense will stay.
Perhaps Pazzini has the characteristics that Conte is after. If Conte is the one wanting Pazzo.....then I have to give our alienatore the benefit of the doubt.
I don't care if we get Pazzini or not - I just care that we get another class forward and that he is not our highest profile forward signing.
