i dont think it's an upgrade giovinco and rossi are big question marks, we are still not addressing the defense nor the mid with solid additions.

Forward: Torres/Dzeko (on loan), Gabbiadini (5M)
Midfielders: Asamoah (15M), Verratti (6M)
Defenders: Samuel (free), Ogbonna (12M), Caceres (8M)
Goalkeeper: Leali (?)

Total: 46M

Jovetic, Damiao and Hummels...give Marrone more opportunities.

Chiellini and Paolino can handle the LB spot.

Agree there is not really any good player in middfield except the 3 starters (with that i mean players that are already ready , not like marrone verratti that still need to grow and need exp)
With Cl we will end bad with that team

marrone is not ready for rotation in serie A and CL, he can be a sub though. Damaio is a question mark.

We don't need to spend big on a CB right now. It would be smarter to put the money towards other positions and take Nesta for free for a season.

Nesta for a year or two would be alright, gives the club time to see what Sørensen does.

I also think we should be getting Asamoah if we have the chance, because you saw how our current midfield burned out a month or two ago, without CL football.

With Cl we will end bad with that team

As for Destro or Gabbiadini I'd welcome them both but I think Gabbiadini has more potential. Destro has 5 goals and 3 assists while Gabbiadini has nothing but he doesn't play as often as Destro.

Either would be good though.
