Sure, a real goalscorer like Higuain should be our top priority, but IMO the 2nd most important signing this summer should be someone who could replace/create competition to Vucinic. Even though we didn´t win against Genoa, we played one of our best games this season - creating many chances - primarily from Vucinic who was on fire in the 1st. half - but as we all know - Vucinic is too inconsistent.
Therfore, our 2nd top priority should be someone like Robben, Ribery, Lavezzi, Jovetic, Hamsik, Neymar

Higuain is great but I wouldnt say a player like him should be top priority as I think Matri is very underated
I see Matri as the last one of the trio to be replaced
the other two players Pepe and Vucinic the supporters - We should first find their replacements
After that I`d go for a CB and then a striker like Higuain/Cavani
