I know you didn't, but for me if someone is taking up so much of our budget, he should be really important and someone that can make us win games in which we at this moment get stuck on a draw. DP used to be that man for us.

Over the last 5 years i would have allways answered "Aguero" to that question. I watched every highlight of him, bought him as my cam/ss in every footie game...
When we finally showed interest, he had gotten to expensive.

right now, i'm not sure there is any player that could proudly carry his role as creative force/goalscorer/match decider with magic/genious moment

However...

when suarez went to pool, i didnt like him. he came from holland competition and they allways vastly overrate anything that spawns from their competition, so i was very sceptical.

however, his performances at pool convinced me, that he is a very good when played right. and we need more balls in this team that shut irritating assholes up. however, preferably without racism.

He, is the one player i'd like at juventus that resembles a bit of del piero.

agree, but we cant get higuain or damiao

astori can't come for free , he has 3 years of contract if i remember well , everybody thinks that his contract expires , but it doesn't his agent said that himself
giovinco for 6-8 + a player whose value is not greater than 1 milion

mah don't think suarez would sell for little
i hate players that do what he did , i prefer players like del piero who is a man inside and outside the field a man that deserves respect
, but i don't see liverpool selling him for low , why should they care about what he did , they have a player who has a lot of potential and can bring a great amount of money to the club , so why sell him lower than his real value ?

Lately i've been thinking that we need two new forwards. One world class and one youngster, because we are really lacking in that department(young strikers). Its better if we sold one of Matri-Quag-Vucinic. The best think would be to let Quag go as he isn't getting better and isn't getting any more playing time next year either.
Perhaps we can get lucky and strike a deal for John Guidetti. That kid has sick stats and I am going to go and see a few games with him while in rotterdam. The stats difference of the north witches are night and day, when he is in or not.
If we can get him within the price we can get for quag this is a great deal imho.

Yeah, that's what everyone is saying. We must be stupid to go for Lavezzi, when you will have Suarez - a much better player on the market. Not to mention there will be some discount around him, which makes Lavezzi obsolete in every sense of the word. If someone offers Lavezzi for 15 mils, sure we should get him - but that will never happen.
