as i said anyone can look good in the dutch league, you only have to look at elia and how he failed get things going in germany, alves is another, top goalscorer few years back, did nothing in england, so as far as perfect growth in development goes in holland, that is a false statement.
lets be honest, the dutch NT lack decent central midfielders and defenders as it is, comparitive to many other top european national sides, holland arn't on the same level as say germany or even france when it comes to up and coming players, unlike in the 90s
