so lets say its 70 mil plus sales this year / if you belive it 12 mil are used for the quag&matri etc moves
than we will have 120 for 4 years that means a net of 30 mil... but if we do qualify for the cl and the stadium is full week in week out we would have much more cash in the next seasons

which player do you rate around 30-40? if not aguero i would rather spend the money on a cb and a great rb/lb and go with quag matri for this season.
no need to pay 30 mil for rossi....
We'll be on many fronts. I believe Sanchez is still a priority even though he's hard to get. Aguero, Rossi and Tevez will probably be all followed.

But I believe our chances will narrow down to Rossi if we start hard talks with Atletico for Kun.

Aye seems like this money has to last us 5 years. 120 Million that is.

However the loan of 70 Million is just for transfers.
they're just getting liquidity for the time till december. maybe there's some current liabiltites that need to repaid soon and we don't have the cash at hand right now. or its just for transfers. or a combination of both. we do not know exactly.

The Board of Directors has approved the Development Plan for the period 2011/12-2015/16
the strategic plan for the next 4 year is ok. bod thinks its a good plan.

In support of the Plan will be proposed to shareholders a capital increase of € 120 million
this one is self-explanatory, right?

EXOR SpA has agreed to underwrite the share of its competence of the capital increase (€ 72 million, equal to 60%) and also, possibly, a share in excess of their option rights attributable to an amount of € 9 million corresponding to the maximum stake held by LAFICO (7, 5% of the share capital)
Exor (Agnelli family holding), the holding that owns FIAT Group and Juventus (don't know how many % of shares) will bring in 72m of the 120m capital increase. And maybe another 9m.

Juventus EXOR SpA has granted a credit line of € 70 million with a maturity of December 30
Juventus gets a loan of 70m.

there's no talk whatsoever for what kind of payments this capital increase might be used for. some of it might be used to service current debts, some might be used for transfers. some of it might be used for other types of investments (stadium, infrastructure, youth sector, etc.).
We don't know by this statement what they intend to use for transfers.

Our defense looks weak as hell IMO.
It could be better, but it's a good deal better than last season. A top left back would make it strong-ish. Bonucci would be the weak link (whereas there were 3 weak links last season), but even he should do better given better protection from the flanks and a second season to improve his partnership with Chiellini.

It makes sense.

However, I want to believe we have no debts whatsoever, and that those millions are saved for transfers.

as far as i get it we get a 70 loan from exor. that has nothing to do with the capital increase.... i just wonder where will they get the rest for the capital increase? (72+9 will come from exor too and the rest?)
you got the loan part right. the rest of the capital increase will be by existing shareholders that have the first options on new shares and new shares shareholders that buy the newly issued shares. everyone on 'Tuz could be one of those.

And if we're planning on playing 4-4-2 with Pirlo it looks even weaker.
True.

Yes, but chances are bottom low that we'll sign a top left back. Chiellini and Bonucci never looked convincing and I can't say they are good partnership so far, while Ziegler is mediocre. That makes our defense very fragile. Lich can provide strength but at the same time make the defense lot more clumsy.

So basically the news from the board meeting has been generally good and we have the go ahead to spend big on one player (Aguero) while still being able to afford to purchase others players needed (litch, Bastos, MF).

Great.

We are going to be buying another CB. I wish Nani comes though. Nani Bastos Krasic would probably be the best quality of wings we could get. Also signing Bastos for 13m could leave open the possibility for another winger, given that Vucinic is still on the radar for the same position. I think we could Nani for about 25-27m if nobody else makes a bid.

And as you can see, that's a big if.
