I think all 120 mil € will be spent this year. 70 mil for transfers, the rest to cover the debt. Don't forget we'll have a new stadium next year and that Juventus is a profitable team if in the Champions league.
I just hope Motta,Pepe, Quag and Matri's transfers were accounted for in last year's budget.
you got the loan part right. the rest of the capital increase will be by existing shareholders that have the first options on new shares and new shares shareholders that buy the newly issued shares. everyone on 'Tuz could be one of those.
