It's sounds like Juventus can just pick which ever they want.

Even though Higuaín is still being mentioned I find it very hard to believe that Real Madrid would let him go. They only got two forwards for the central position in Mourinhos system and should they get Dzeko or Llorente even then I would still have a very hard time seeing Higuaín getting sold, especially since Mourinho has ruled that out.

This Higuaín rumour; has anyone besides these so-called "Guru's" in Italy - like the media in Spain - mentioned Higauín leaving - and leaving for Juventus?

not as pimped as it may seem:
Zapata is on last year of contract so he would cost as much as Juve can get for Bonucci, more or less.
Jonathan would be around 6-7 mil, Maxwell - basically free considering his barca situation and age.
Danilo - 10 mil or so / Asamoah - 10+players would do
Sell Krasic for ~15, and get Afellay for about the same amount, could be even less - Barca got him for little money and seem to be looking to offload him already (Pepp doesn't see him as fitting for his system)
Higuain is basically = not buying off Matri + 7-8 mil
and then you have Sanchez - 20-25+players would do.
