Del Piero to stay and renew (N/A)
Giovinco back (5m)
Veratti as a Pirlo backup (4m)
Kwadwo as midfield rotation (10m)
Kolarov (10m)
Leali

that should cost roughly 60m +

Then sell:

Melo - 10m
Boriello - Free
Krasic - 10m
Elia - 7.5m
Iaquinta - 2m

Roughly 30m back. I think this could be achievable....

No better place to fire off a first post than in a wishlist thread... So how do you feel about this bit of trading (bear in mind, I don't see us spending 100M during a window, nor 30+ for one player - even though we're heading the right way, the Italian economy isn't great and Marotta doesn't strike me as a 30M+ buyer):

Get Marrone more involved. If Conte isn't down with that, snatch Asamoah. Start being bosses and actually involve talent if their actually talented. Thinking Bouy here on a limited basis and Pogba if Mino comes through for us.

None of the in transfers are super stars but are we really gonna get those? Van Persie's only realistic destinations are probably City and Real, and Real seem to have agreed with City that they can have him. That probably frees up Tevez or Balo but Milan will likely snatch that.
With Van Persie going to City, I think Real will sit on both Benzema and Higuain.

I'm not a L. Suarez fan at all. Conte would murder Balo within minutes of meeting him. Damiao doesn't appear to want to leave Brazil.

So my IN selections are probably dicey, seeing as the major attacking signings are from the French and Belgian leagues respectively. But they look the bee's knees to me and have the stats to back it - and I think we need to temper ambition with realism this summer.

That would give us a strike force of Matri, Giovinco, Vucinic (don't see him leaving), Quagliarella (don't see him leaving either), M. Suarez and Giroud. 2 point men and 4 wideish dudes. It's a punt but a calculated one, I reckon.

It amazes me how that some players value comes down when trying to make a Juve summer spree

Cavani value is 40-50 suddenly he is 20-25M player
The same goes for Higuain and Tevez

Someone here said Tevez 20M
If Tevez`s value has really been 20M he`d be playing for Milan right now

Very valid concern. But are we gonna fork out the megabucks for a star though? I don't really see it, to be honest. I'd love a big name signing but I'll bet if we gave Marotta 250M he'd still go for 50% shitbirds and 50% bargains.

We won't fork out 'megabucks', but we will try to lure some top striker here surely. We'll have/use a limited budget for a goalscorer and I wouldn't be surprised if we get disappointed when teams start playing hardball. Top players cost a lot, I'm not sure how far we're willing to go.

I guess it also depends on how we finish the season. If we were to win the Scudetto, we're more likely to attract someone like Higuain... Those boys want to earn money, but they want to be part of a top team, able to win.

We have an advantage when it comes to certain players, like Higuain who doesn't play a lot. Suarez is part of team which can't win and he hasn't quite settled in in the EPL. Cavani.. I guess we'll have to see where Napoli end up. If they miss CL he's more likely to leave. Jojo, although not a proper top player yet, is part of a sinking ship...

I'm skeptical though.

And yes, I realise I'm going from left to right... positive to negative and back. :D

Deep C: Some great names there but I dont see why we should sign Cissokho and Suarez. Suarez could be a great backup but I guess Anderlecht wouldn't send him to us for free.

Agree but Cavani isn't near 40-50. Napoli can't afford to not accept a lower bid.

I think so as well. I would say 45m. Thats most likely if he goes somewhere in italy (us) and there are other players exchanged as well. If someone from abroad comes with a trunk full of cash he might go for 37-40.

My question is can we get a list of all the players we are about to sell and set some expected values? Perhaps do another thread with something like a poll-graph with columns such as possibility of a sale(% or 3-4 different values), expected fee, interested team and current salary??? Maybe one for incoming players as well?

Because a lot of people are doing calculations, but some (including me most of the time) forget a player or two or have no easy access to relevant information. For example someone was listing the players we are going to sell and forgot Elia which is strange, because I am under the impression he is leaving as well.
