Licht is easily better as a fullback in a back 4, but being a wingback is a completely different story.

Mihajlovic is probably our next coach (for out NT) and I like it for many reasons but one of the main ones is that he knows and likes Nastasic. I think that kid has everything to play on the highest level, so far he's on the right road IMO. I heard about him when he was 15-16 and Partizan was hiding him and in the end they failed to get any money for him. Even since those days he was showing true quality, for such young age. If he keeps getting play time he's gonna become a monster in defense.

Those three all play on the right and Armero is the only left wing back.

David Luiz is a quality player. He does make amateur-ish mistakes but his potential and talent is obvious. Thiago Silva was also rusty as hell when he came to Milan.

Chelsea is in a tough position but once they find their way out I'm pretty sure he'll settle in. He can lead their defense in a couple of years.
