I don't know why would Borriello accept our offer after rejecting us in 2010. The situation now is even worse for him (he would have had less competition for a starting place back in 2010) and he can easily find himself in the same situation as the one in Roma. Even worse actually, because an Osvaldo injury can make him a starter there while in Juve it will be tougher to get playing minutes.

desperation and lack of better options, which wasn't the case back in 2010; LE has made it clear he wants someone else (Nilmar); Juve no longer being a mess and coming from a 7th place finish, heading onto another 7th place finish?

Juve insisting to get him on loan without obligation to buy, should make it pretty clear to him that Genoa would be a far better option right now.
