Im not Albanian, but we are neighboors. That is just my understanding of it.

They don't. Kosovars say them the same usually so I guess you can get away with it. XH is like J in English.

Who else would you want?
Personally, I'd want a better CB. Have Chiellini, Barzagli, Bonucci and lets say Rhodolfo fight for the 2 CB positions. The more competition the better. A proper replacement for Pirlo, but no names comes to my head right now. And maybe a bomber in front of the net of better quality than Matri, Dzeko comes to my mind but he's probably untouchable at the moment.
