Montolivo is a decent squad player, but we should make quality buys from now on. We have enough squad players.
I would like to have him for rotation though.

How about this:

January:
Ansaldi/Kolarov/Perreira

Summer:
Jovetic (AMC)
Cigarini (CM)
Astori (CB)
Remy (RW)

Actually, Juve don't have enough squad players for midfield.

If Juve were going to be playing 4-3-3 beyond this season, they would need at least one more midfielder.

Valencia anyone?
I don't see the point.

He would run into the same problems as Krasic playing on the wing in the system.

It's inward looking wingers that are of use, not ones who want to go on the outside and cross the ball.

I would go for Cissokho/Ansaldi to fix the LB. If De Ceglie doesn't step up his game this year - let him go. Get another one LB for cover or promote a primavera player.
Hummels - so we can say that our CB positions are fixed for the foreseeable future. Chiellini would be able to cover the LB in case of emergency as well.

A midfielder. If we can sell Melo - then one of Moussa Sissoko/Yann M'Vila. A playmaker would be great as well, but most of them are a dream. Ganso would be my first choice though.

As for the attack we should get Neymar/Shaquiri. The question is how would Elia perform as a RW? What would happen with Krasic? Although we look covered for the LW - Neymar would be my next number 10 in this squad.

And we should get some money back next summer from the sales of Krasic, De Ceglie, Melo, Quag... So I guess a dream mercato is not impossible.
