But Ziyech is an attacking midfielder while Bazoer is more like a complete CM who can also play DM, right? They seem to play at different positions.

Apparently Tielemans also didn't develop much past season. Never seen Dahoud and Colisso play lol.

You are right about the different positions, but the new coach Bosz (Frank De Boer leaved for Inter) is a really attacking minded coach and he plays another system than De Boer. He don't play with a real dm so there is no space for Bazoer. Not even as box-to-box player where Bazoer also the capacaties for has.
