i think we are in a pretty good shape to replace him. we've got a few kulturträgers (culture bearers) in Bonucci, Chiellini, Marchisio and a couple of younger guys who could become culture bearers within a decent tiem frame.

But.. if we don't - under the assumption Buffon would like to - sign him to a role close to the team, when he retires. Whelp! The worst thing would to see a personality like his becoming a pundit. That would be a waste of talent.

I doubt it. I don't think Raiola would give up such a leverage in future transfer talks just for some immediate bonuses. Mino is a fucktard, but he really protects his assets.

I wonder if Scuffet or Meret will ever be good. Look at Leali and Bardi, both of them were once considered future stars. I like Perin. I also rate Consigli and Sportiello. And then of course there is Donnarumma. We have quality Italian GKs. I hope Perin can be Buffon's heir here. I love Donnarumma but Raiola would move him just a few years after moving here.

Zero during the Marotta era. Also only 2 foreign stars. I don't count Tevez or Pirlo because they were retiring from Europe. Mainly I just keep going back to that Raiola quote where he said he would have moved Messi several times if he were his client. I feel like he would move Donnarumma after 4 years or so.
