Why are people suggesting UCL capped players for the winter mercato? Am I missing a new rule or something?

IMO we should get my suggestions in the summer, not the winter.

It's really sad he was injured at the start of the season as there would have been plenty of space for him to get playing time.

There are players who have the potential to become something similar to Vidal (good all-around player with an eye for goal) like Naby Keita and the aforementioned Kessie.

Just done my research on him. Kid looks like a beast. A work horse with good feet, decent passsing and striking. He might just be exactly what we need but of course he is very young. Id go for him if we cant get Vidal, Veratti or Matic. I doubt he would be expensive.either.
