I don't know why you guys keep contradicting yourselves though. You guys say we need muscle and steel in midfield yet many here want us to sign Verratti like he's going to solve that issue. And just because his agent is being outspoken in front of the media, doesn't mean he suddenly becomes available for transfer. Verratti is an impossible signing at this point. This is not some Napoli level club that you can bully. This is the same club that refused to sell us goddamn Matuidi yet I am unable to figure out the new found delusion among people that think we can snatch Verratti away from them.

Guess I got to update my signature. Tired of this Verratti talk tbh. It's approaching Cavani levels now. smh.

I'll leave it at

- We need muscle and steel in the midfield caus everyone is playing at 65%
- James and Verratti are better then what we got, so them at 65% is better then what we got at 65%
- We would still need muscle and steel to make everyone play at 100%

Verratti, james, Pjanic, Marchisio in one team wont work. One of them is benched for that 'muscle and steel'.

i'd play

Marchisio - Mascherano - Verratti

------------James
----Dybala------Higuain

Doesn't Verratti play for a team that was reluctant to even sell us Matuidi and gave a completely unknown youngster a massive professional contract only because there might have been some intrest from Juventus. Yeah, right...

Juventus are not the only club interested in signing promising Genoa striker Pietro Pellegri, the second millennial to make Serie A debut this season after Juventus’ Moise Kean.

Pellegri is one year younger than Kean being born in 2001 and the grifone president Enrico Preziosi has recently tipped him to become 'Genoa’s Leonel Messi’.

Juventus have been scouting Pellegri for very long time, but the bianconeri are not the only club in race to sign the promising front-man. According to a report of Il Corriere dello Sport, Inter and AC Milan are also interested in welcoming the player’s services.
Inter new owners Suning have set sights on all the most promising Italian footballers, whilst AC Milan want to do the same with their new Chinese owners that should finalize the club’s takeover by the 3rd of March.

According to the Italian paper, some Premier League clubs are also closely watching the 15-year-old striker who is set to sign a contract extension with his club in the near future. Genoa know that Pellegri is one of Italy’s most promising footballers and want to make the most of a future sale.

 We spent fucking zilch of our own money in a Summer window and ruined our own midfield, and people think we're gonna go and bully PSG for their most valuable asset.

No, prepare for Gagliardini you delusional gang of reprobates.

I would give up Dybala if it meant getting both Verratti and James instead despite me loving the Argentine.
I would to. Two WC players for one. It had to be something crazy like that though. Absolutely love Dybala, but getting the best Italian player of hes generation in a position we are really lacking in, plus James would be to good to turn down.

Damn, just looking at that gave me chills. Put Pjanic on for either of those except Mascherano and you still have 4 WC mids out there

I love Dybala. I really do but players like him do come go im afraid and we have replaced the likes of him before.

Verratti though? Man if we signed him he would see out the rest of his career here and give his all.

Too bad he was foolish and kept signing those contract extensions.

Valencia DS Pitarch: "Hernanes was a target in the last summer. He was part of Gomes's deal, like Zaza but then Gomes chose Barcelona." As

And Dybala's contract extension is about to be announced which means he'll stay for atleast another season so you guys might as well forget about those fantasy scenarios.

James barely plays for Madrid at this point. He's of course a very talented player but trading our best talent for a luxury player would be a slap on our faces. At least with Pogba, we traded him with a top 3 striker in the world and one of the best CM'S in the league . And no, Verratti + James wouldn't happen even with a potential Dybala sale.

We should keep Dybala at all costs. Try signing the best players we can but not at the price of losing our best assets. Too many valuable players left the club these past few years, then we see lack of chemistry and understanding between the players. No other top club does that so I hope we'll manage our stars better from now on.
