So basically Arthur is staying and Dybala is leaving?
Unless Arsenal offer loan plus obligation type of deal for Arthur.

Chelsea will not let LoftusCheeks go on loan to juve. Arthur is still waiting for the green light, there is already an agreement with Arsenal.Juve will allow him to leave on a loan plus obligation deal. (86_longo)

Hopefully with obligation

Otherwise I see little benefit honestly. We have to pay extra taxes for his salary as he didn’t stay in Italy for 2 consecutive years and his amortization is still quite a lot for this year.

I'd say that considering his elite level fitness and very good one-on-one defensive abilities Arsenal would be stupid not to want an obligation.

Imagine if they also rob us of his best partner Rabiot, we would be doomed. Hope Arsenal mgmt never realizes that this guy is also capable of playing on the left wing.
We're in such a bad financial state though. If they were to offer €50M each or so for these great champions, I'm not sure management would be able to refuse. :sigh:
