Thats a good start. We should conclude it as fast as possible and then add another midfield who can do his job. Its like watching Locatelli battling alone to hold our midfield. Mck has ons and offs and Rabiot does a favor when he gives a damn.

You have to look at the attack and defensive phases. With 4 at the back someone always comes back to make a flat 5 or 6 when we're under heavy pressure, they need to be decent at tackling and have tactical awareness. When attacking, midfielders need to cover the runs made by LB/RB and they only come forward if they're confident that they will be covered. We need to have confidence in the midfielders to defend and attack which is why Cuadrado should always be RW ahead of Danilo and we put someone similar on the left. For that reason, I'm not sure even Pogba would help us much until we sort out the basics again and I would say a new buy a new LW/LB or play Pellegrini in front of Sandro. Vlahovic will do nothing because we create little unless Cuadrado is further forward and the LW does the same.

It's really difficult to make a team out of this players, paying millions to get them lost sounds like a good idea to me. As replacement just get some players from the youth academy, who are able to be team players.
