We seriously need to sell Alex Sandro and focus on a proper left back. Even one for the future IDK, as long as that finished piece of ass Sandro is gone by February

This season is screwed. Might as well bring back Pirlo and build for tomorrow

Coaching is not going to fix the midfield issues. We need new midfield. None of our mids are established. Remember when we signed Hernanes that season when we had a poor start and we signed like Hernanes and Lemina last day or week. We are now in a position were someone like that would improve our midfield. And that says a lot. They are all useless.

29 year pogba who never was a hard working player to begin with, on sky high wages, plus his fat agent is the last thing we need.

we need hunger. not the bonucci @ milan kind of hunger, but real hunger, like post-milan pirlo or vidal when they arrived. these overpaid fuckers don't even care. pogba wouldn't either.

What we need as much as hunger is top quality, players who can do something with the ball and come with solutions with it. Pogba has that quality. Hunger alone falls short little if you don't provide the quality. Mckennie showed all the hunger in the world in games, but when you so technically and tactically inept, it loses meaning.

We need that quality more than just one every four games though

I don't know what's more worrying the fact that our management can't sign decent midfielders or that they are failing to understand that there is a black hole in our midfield for more than 3 seasons now.

Interested to see what happens to Rovella and Fagioli this winter. If the management rates them but decides to leave them on loan and invest in 2 other mediocrity in winter then we fucked. It has to be a proper midfield fix or take the L and wait on till summer.

Fagioli is less sure just because he’s in serie B but there’s 0% (ok 0.01% since nothing is 100% I guess) chance Rovella gets loaned anywhere next season. He’s either gonna be at Juve or he’s gonna be sold to bring in a star caliber player. Rovella is absolutely ready for a big club.

It will be a really bad decision to sell Rovella after the season he is having with genoa plus being a setpiece specialist we need at least three to four new midfielders next season

yeah I’d say there’s a very very good chance he’ll be at Juve next season. He’s exactly what we need more of: technical mids. Fagioli too. Just need to throw all the jabronis in the trash. Loca is the only keeper. McKennie is solid too but I wouldn’t say he’s untouchable. The rest can go.

It's amazing that they can't recognize how our downfall correlates directly with losing Pogba, Marchisio, Vidal and Pirlo and replacing them with no one. Meanwhile, we spent insane money on Ronaldo and Higuain and still could not approach our top level with world-class CMs.

So what are they doing now? Putting everything for Vlahovic, who will touch the ball less at Juve than he does with the Viola.

Btw how have we not been connected to any left backs?? That’s another black hole and has been for years now.

Not very reliable, but we were linked to him before. They mention that he's unhappy at Valencia because of bad ownership and doesn't want to extend the contract. Expires in 2023, Valencia would apparently let him go for 20m

But then there is this:

Valencia captain Jose Gaya has announced he's keen to extend his contract.

The fullback has confirmed new contract talks are underway.

“I've always said that Valencia is my home and it will always be my club. I feel very comfortable, my contract runs until 2023 and I know that we are currently talking about an extension, " said the 26-year-old left-back.

VCF midfielder Carlos Soler, who also has a deal to 2023, revealed: "When you see players like Totti, Puyol or Giggs who have played their entire careers for a club, and you look at the status they enjoy with the team and the fans, then it has to be something special.

"If the club you have been all your life makes you an interesting personal and sporting offer, there is nothing better."

What a headline Allegri ordered the Juve management a new midfield which was refused by the penny pinching Cherubini

Yes. we haven't had a top class midfielder since they left. They tried their luck signing freebies and look where that got us, even if we want to sell them now nobody wants them with their bloated salaries.

I am thinking if Witsel and some other mediocre guy comes in and 2 of current mid goes out this winter then where's the space of new mids? Max another of the current mid goes out in summer for a new top buy (unlikely since we'll need a forward as well after Morata/Kean) then Rovella and Fagioli would have no space and we'll have maybe just one other top mid besides Locatelli without even taking a chance that one these two come good.
