Plus his high salary 8-9 million net and we need a striker like Azmoun as a short term option.
Yes I agree that Azmoun is a more viable and believable option.

I mean Costa played it and he's no better. As long as we had one of Cuadrado/Mario on the other side it was ok.
I do think he is. Martial would need to have a major shift in his mentality. Also I think he himself has said that he prefers to play centrally and doesn't want to play out wide.

We should seriously consider Luiz Felipe Ramos from Lazio. His contract expires this season and he's been making only 700k per year. I believe he would easily sign with us for 2mln per year.
Still only 25yo. He had a serious injury last season but seems like he has fully recovered. I always liked him whenever I saw him play. He's proving he's able to play in a defense of 4 with Sarri.

We are talking to Frosinone about Gatti, 23yo defender who has been impressing in serie b this season.

If we decide against renewing Chiellini and Rugani then I would be in favor of replacing them with the two aforementioned players. It would help us to reduce the wage bill.
Then we could take Dragusin back to complete the squad or maybe Chiellini would renew for another season with a lowered wage to be the 5th choice.

Are you talking about 2023/24 already? because Chiellini is here next season:

and so is Rugani:

That would explain the lack of interest in Ramos...

Then we're stucked with Rugani for next season. No club is offering him the wage he has here for the next season. Taking Ramos for free on a low wage would be a smart move to strenghten our position in case De Ligt leaves. If he stays though, we'd be having 5 CBs on very high wages: MDL 8+4, Bonucci 6.5, Chiellini 3.5, Rugani 3.5 and Ramos 2.5 (assumption). No way that's gonna happen.

In February the decisive meeting between Dybala and Juve. It won't just be a question of money with a lower salary than the one proposed in October, but also a strategic decision which Arrivabene has arrived at. (Tuttosport)

After the agreement reached in October with, in December Dybala's agent “raised the bar” on image rights. The management, being nervous, postponed everything to February-March. Not signing, however, is not currently being considered by the parties.(Corriere dello sport)

The first name chosen by the management to eventually replace Arthur's is Guimarães. Lyon at the moment have not opened to the possibility of a temporary transfer. It is a difficult operation for January, but it might not be completely impossible.(tuttojuve)

Partially, yes. Mainly because he's a brutish oaf who has no business running a football club, considering his past with a Formula 1 team, a job he was fired from - doesn't exactly scream the right man for the job.
Ferrari though did generally do better with him than without him, no? :p Not a close follower so no idea how much of that is linked with Arrivabene, but these past 2 seasons have been shambolic for Ferrari.

The contacts between Juve and Zenit are constant and have continued in the last hours, Zenit have asked 5mln for Azmoun, but Juventus would like to pay the compensation in the form of bonuses linked to the results of the team and to the player due to some cash flow issues. (Tuttosport)

The definitive "ok" could arrive with 1mln immediately and 2mln linked to the bonuses during the second part of the season. In case of a stop to the negotiation, Juve will look for a last-minute alternative on loan like Martial, Depay, and Gomez. (Tuttosport)
