Juve and lazio are working on an exchange between Arthur and Luis Alberto. Arthur is valued around €60M, Luis Alberto valued around €40M Juve wants to close this gap, while Lazio is asking for an equal exchange. Talks are ongoing.(Sportmediaset)
 :howler:

U guys are aware that Muriel has stamina for 60-65 min max?
That's more than we need. Juventus only plays 15 minutes each half, if that. Also, most of our other players can't go beyond the 70 minute mark, and some even struggle, panting to get off the bench and warm up. Worse still. some can't get off the treatment table and leave J Medical. 60-65 is a huge win.

yeah

they used the Sarri link who wanted him here when he was at Juve and invented a trade. Arthur makes 6n here I think and lazio's Immobile makes 4.
+ Lotito would probably ask for us to pay them cash and now while only an option for Arthur.

Albanese didn't deny the rumour though while Mombly did.
The difference is in tax benefit and apparently it's not that far off between Alberto and Arthur. That is if you account after tax salaries.

Giving Pjanic for Arthur was a mistake now not using him and changing him with a 29 year old, would be another mistake. Just sell him for 60 millions to China or Qatar and buy Luis Alberto for 19 millions to be paid over 5 years or something. No way this guy is worth 40 millions

Exchange Arthur-Luis Alberto: ❌.

[Alfredo Pedullà via @AroundJuventus]
ofc, Lotito wont do business with us, senile old prick. fuck him, Luis Alberto is lucky not to feel even more washed up under Allegri and his stifling tactics

A loan move is on the cards for Arthur Melo, Juve can’t afford to lose him for very little, a loan in January and then a better assessment in the summer. Roma are looking for a midfielder, they are considering offering Villar or any youth player as a counterproposal to Juve(calciomercato)

Does anyone have a clue of our wage/transfer budget? Pre-pandemic times man, every club had at least rumors of budget to spend, and now no-one knows. Given how we loan players for two years almost says we don't have anything, but we released CR, that freed up at least 40mil, Arthur and Ramsey could bring like 40mil more?
