Agreed. De Ceglie's move is understandable if Evra is really injured, he can do his job decently enough for Serie A level.

But there's no argument as to why we should want Matri or Osvaldo again.
Matri/Osvaldo will never enter the pitch so who cares.
Since in winter we cannot go for a "quality striker" (because nobody would sell and we couldn't use them in CL anyway) we just fill the -never plays- slot with Matri.

Yep, as usual nobody remembers how our strikers' finishing was to cringe for and Matri in front of goal was frustrating at extreme levels. So he leaves because he CLEARLY wasn't good enough but now he's an option? What in the $#@!...?

Is that what the great oh so praised Marotta has in store for us? Talk about having ambition. We have $#@!ing none.

Even if he doesn't come... Osvaldo, again? Why spend half a million for someone who will barely get playing time? Promote a $#@!ing Primavera just for the time being. De Ceglie? ffs Can we start moving FORWARD, please?
Take three deep breaths, clear your mind, go into a zen-like state...

Good.

Now you realize just how fantastic the return of Matri is! :weee:

I know I bashed Matri before but I'm "hoping" the system change under Allegri will get him scoring regularly for us again. That is, if he comes.

I always like the guy. He scored pretty regularly for us, when he was actually getting consistent starts. He didn't work out in the end and seemed to go downhill as soon as he wasn't a regular starter, but he certainly scored some very important goals for us (ie. against Milan in the unbeaten season)...

Regardless though, he always behaved like a professional, and respected the club, unlike that shit Quags.

Beppe just can't control himself. He must bring a mediocre 5th striker every goddamn Winter.

Borriello, Bendtner, Anelka, Osvaldo and now Matri.

If we sell Pogba this summer I want to see something like this

out: Padoin 2m, Pepe 0, Motta 0, De Ceglie 0, (osvaldo or Matri 0 )Llorente 12m, Pogba 100-120m, Storari 3,5m

in:Lacazzete 35m Firmino 30m, Rugani , Zaza 15m, Tielemans 15m, Arthur Masuaku 10M, Neto free

Buffon

Licht Bonny Chiellini Masuaku

Pirlo
Vidal Marchisio
Firmino
Lacazette Tevez

Subs: Neto, Caceres, Barzagli ( Start if he regains his form) Rugani, Evra, Asamoah( CM) Tielemans, Pereyra, Coman, Zaza, Morata ( Look at the bench would come second in Serie A)

I love Pogba, but if Marotta would pull off a mercato like this I would sell Pogba, this would make us a better team without doubt, the players mentioned would be realistic ( if you pay the right price for them, I believe the players would like to come here) Firmino and Lacazette would be hard but they can be bought.

Would you sell Pogba if we made a mercato like this? Second question, let's say we sold Pogba despite you being against it, how would you use the money ( you get the chance to be Marotta :D )?

What a disappointing mercato that would be.
If Lacazette and Firmino would be a disappointing mercato :D I am curious how you will face the mercato in the summer, let's enjoy our tridente of Llorente, Pereyra, Tevez who soon will play in Boca :). We can only dream of players like Firmino and Lacazette without some big money coming in.

If we keep Pogba in the summer, we will get some cheap deals, Sneijder haha.

it would be a disappointing mercato but i would love to see beppe selling a 38 years old keeper who is out of contract for 3.5m :tuttosport:.
what is it about this masuako guy? has anyone seen him in more than two games (against us)?
i fully expect asamoah to play LB for us and i also expect him to do very well there.

Sorry my bad, forgot about Storari contract. Has seen him in 4 matches only. But the lack of options at LB would make it a gamble worth taking. It's hard to find good LBs. Haha that was my wishes if sell Pogba, let's see what we will do in the summer, I expect some meltdown here on Juventuz.com, people seem to have big wishes, especially when Firmino, Lacazette isen't good enought :D,

Selling Pogba would automatically be a disappointing mercato.

Haha let's see that happens, Pogba will leave soner or later. I have accepted that, I just hope Marotta invest the money on the right players. For me those players would be Lacazette and Firmino. But im sure Marotta and Paratici have a better plan than I do :D

Then prepare to be disappointed, if we are lucky he stays one more year.
