I don't know why people are surprised. This winter was exactly like the last one - no major money spent. The summer will be exactly the same as previous summers - Pay loans and co-owns.

co-ownership deals are dead next summer, this year (2014) was the last one when co-ownership deals are allowed. Also agent owning players and third companies are forbidden in the next season too.

Do you guys think that DC will get minutes?
Yeah since Asamoah is injured, he'll rotate with Evra. I see Padoin leaving this summer and PDC staying plus we need him for that HG rule If I'm not mistaking. I remember PDC had the best progress under Del Neri he improved a bit in defense because he was used as LB not LWB like under Conte. I still think that PDC is more LW than LB

the irony is we sold matri to make way for Llorente now it seems some want that reversed
Yep, as usual nobody remembers how our strikers' finishing was to cringe for and Matri in front of goal was frustrating at extreme levels. So he leaves because he CLEARLY wasn't good enough but now he's an option? What in the fuck...?

Is that what the great oh so praised Marotta has in store for us? Talk about having ambition. We have fucking none.

Even if he doesn't come... Osvaldo, again? Why spend half a million for someone who will barely get playing time? Promote a fucking Primavera just for the time being. De Ceglie? ffs Can we start moving FORWARD, please?

Agree about matri/Osvaldo however I think DJ de Ceglie is a good move. He's not bad. Pretty decent fullback offensively

Agreed. De Ceglie's move is understandable if Evra is really injured, he can do his job decently enough for Serie A level.

But there's no argument as to why we should want Matri or Osvaldo again.
Matri/Osvaldo will never enter the pitch so who cares.
Since in winter we cannot go for a "quality striker" (because nobody would sell and we couldn't use them in CL anyway) we just fill the -never plays- slot with Matri.
