Is there really a need to strenghten us this winter?
7 points lead, in the next round of the CL, still in the Coppa.

If we would buy a player, it would need to be a real upgrade from what we have now, and thos cost much in the winter, maybe better to save the money for the summer mercato?
Does that contradict to what I said? :shifty:

I prefer remaining like this instead of buying another Bendtner, Borriello or Anelka.
If it comes down to players of such caliber ...

Yeah, but then again, name me one, not cup tied 30MEuro striker you think is realistic?

And they only would have costed us +/-70-75 MEuro?
That why Conte left. He wanted to renew the team and have these 2 players
Juventus coudn't afford to do that and Conte left.
But still imagine Sanchez-Tevez-Cuadrado with Pogba-Marchisio-Vidal behind maybe we woudn't be the favourites for the trophy but we could be considered XD

if we don't make it to final then we would be in financial losses. With FFP it would be a huge risk maybe to risky

well saving 20m for Morata, Selling Llorente for a decent sum (he performed nicely last year) and there you have the money for either Sanchez or Cuadrado.
But anyway it's all the past now. Sanchez made a wonder wc and went to Arsenal for 40m (if we pushed before wc it could have gone for a cheaper price imo) and Cuadrado still there for 35m release clause.

He is still better than our wingers.. Oh wait we don't have any :D..
He is playing like he doesn't care anymore... But still.. He has the ability to play past a player or two...

Imagine having him as RW and Coman as LW

True, we would indeed be given much more chances to take it.

No, but your post left room for several interpretations and mine was that you were not pleased with how this mercato up until now, has went.
If I misinterpreted this, then sorry.

Llorente has a good season last year, you don't sell him after the season he had.
And assuming we would have sold him AND didn't buy Morata, it would have meant that, if you play a 4-3-3, you would have to use a player Like Giovinco (or maybe we would have to keep Quag) as backup striker for when something would happen with any of the starters.

Well that's common dude at least for us. We can't afford a incredible 11 + awesome benchers.
Look at Juventus under Moggi we had an awesome starters line up but a weak bench.

F.e. in 2004, we had DP/Trez/Ibra, we played with two strikers, one of these 3 was on the bench and the other options were Mutu and Zalayeta, better then Giovinco as backup IMO.
But I agree, no need for an awesome bench, but it has to be a good bench.

"TOLJAN REPOUSSE LA JUVE. Grand espoir du football allemand au poste d'arrière gauche, Jeremy Toljan a décidé de continuer au TSG malgré les sollicitations : "je veux réussir à Hoffenheim. Je connais l'intérêt des autres clubs. C'est une belle confirmation pour moi mais ce n'est pas d'actualité" précise t-il à Bild. Le joueur de 20 ans est encore sous contrat jusqu'en 2018."

We linked with German-American full-back Toljan of TSG Hoffenheim.

we don't know if we received offers for llorrente. I can't imagine some club actually push for him with a decent sum.
Cuadrado will never be sold to us.
sanchez was never close to our reach.
Morata is guy who also have low wages in comparing with the big names you named

2,5m net income if we didn't sign him and sold Llorente we could have given a 7m/year wage as Llorente get 4,5.
Theorically speaking....

As a fan, it might not be important and we might still think Juve is among the top5 teams which attract the most in Europe, but that just isn't the case anymore.
So yes, for players like Krasic and Vidal, at the age we signed them, that matters.
No it doesn't fucking matter. Whatever the reason they chose us over a big team, they did and that is what matters. The rest is just trying to make up for an incorrect statement.
